Already in its tenth year, this was my first foray into the world of Teslacon. What a wonderful, visually stunning, four day Steampunk adventure; this year's theme was Hawthorne Manor. I was thrilled to mingle with Victorian ghosts at the Ghostly Ball, Victorians in mourning, and all manner of Victorian/Steampunk costumed creators.
The Vendor Room was outstanding; the the myriad of one-of-a-kind custom made clothing, jewelry and hats for sale....and more!
Enjoyed the Fashion Show. There were many fascinating panels to chose from, but I must admit I was so busy photographing all the amazing looks, that I missed out on many of the educational talks.
Congratulations to the winners of the tournaments. ( TBcontinued)
A HUGE thank you to Eric Larsen--the big Daddy of Teslacon;
It was evident by the standing ovation you were given at the closing ceremony, (and all the hands raised for having attended Teslacon from the beginning), that you are loved for conceiving, nurturing, and continually creating a more innovative /immersive experience at Teslacon all these years!!
So glad you regaled a few of us at dinner with your New York stories.
My only regret: I wish I had taken more photos!
